Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received. Void where prohibited by law. By entering the giveaway you agree to these official rules

1. Eligibility: The CB Flowers & Crafts Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Prize:  No cash alternative or substitutions allowed. Giveaway may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged by the winners.

3. Winner Requirements: Raffle starts at Monday, October 3, 2017 at 10 AM (PDT) and closes on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 12 PM (PDT). Potential winners will be notified by Instagram message and are required to present a valid ID and address in the United States for shipment. Shipping will be free. The Instagram profile needs to be set public during the time of the giveaway. If potential winner does not reply within 7 days of being notified, does not comply with Official Rules, or is unable to claim prize, potential winner forfeits the prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, another submission will be selected.

5. Winner Determination: After the conclusion of the Giveaway Period the Sponsor will select a winner at random.

6. Limitations of Liability: Releases are not responsible for any incorrect information of any kind, technical failures of any kind, or any injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused directly, or indirectly from entrant’s participation in giveaway. CB Flowers & Crafts is not responsible for lost or damaged packages of the giveaway items by the shipping company or false shipping address information.

7. Release: Sponsor, Instagram and all of their employees (collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information provided by a participant; human error; alteration of entries; entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost. Illegible and incomplete entries are disqualified. All participants agree to release and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any claim or cause of action resulting from or arising out of participation in the Giveaway or use of any prize as a condition of entry into the Giveaway. False and/or deceptive entries or acts, including misrepresentation of age, shall render such entries ineligible.
