We have temporarily suspended returns due to COVID-19. All sales are not refundable except in cases where the product was damaged in transit or the wrong item was shipped. Please contact us and we will gladly work with you to resolve each case with care. 

Returns for Orders Placed Online

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly provide a refund for merchandise in new condition. We kindly ask that you notify us within 7 days of receiving merchandise. Returns must be received within 30 days from the delivery date and must be in the sealed, original packaging.

Please keep in mind that shipping costs are not refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest using a shipping service with tracking as we are not responsible for lost packages. Thank you for understanding that returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

Upon acceptance of the return, please allow up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your statement.
