Do you have a minimum order amount?

We are a business-to-business wholesale crafts supplier. While we do not have a minimum order amount, select items have minimum quantity requirements. Most items are individually packaged for resale. 

How do I know if an item is available?

We specialize in wholesale craft supplies and carry thousands of items. While we do our best to keep items in stock, popular items occasionally sell out. We will contact you to confirm inventory after your order has been placed.

When will my order be processed?

We do our best to process orders within 2-3 business days. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday. Thanks for understanding that large orders may take additional days to process.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Please email info@cbflowerscrafts.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed, we will make every effort to change or cancel your order. However, once processed, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

How can I check on the status of my order?

Please contact us at info@cbflowerscrafts.com with your 4-digit order number. You can also create an account to view the status of your orders.

Can I pick up my merchandise?

Customers who have set up wholesale accounts are welcome to pick up merchandise from our warehouse. Please contact us to provide your resale documentation. We also invite you to visit our wholesale showroom.

Does CB Flowers and Crafts offer any coupon codes or promo codes?

We occasionally have special promotions during the year. Please visit our CB Flowers and Crafts coupon codes page for a list of current promotions. 

 

Can I provide my own UPS/FedEx account?

We kindly decline using external shipper accounts.
