CB Flowers & Crafts Contest Official Rules

OFFICIAL RULES

Winners will be required to visit CB Flowers & Crafts in LA’s Fashion District to claim their prize. You should not enter the contest if you are not able to travel.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received. Void where prohibited by law. By entering the contest you agree to these official rules.

1.Eligibility: The CB Flowers & Crafts Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2.Sponsor: CB Flowers & Crafts, 935 Maple Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90015. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. You must abide by Instagram’s Terms and Conditions to participate in this contest.

3.Prize: The winner will receive a $100 gift card to spend on products in CB Flowers & Crafts’ store. Prizes can only be redeemed for products. Prizes cannot be redeemed for services. Prizes cannot be redeemed for controlled substances or drug paraphernalia. No cash alternative or substitutions allowed. Prizes may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged by the winners.
The prizes do not include travel expenses and Sponsor will not cover winners’ travel expenses to redeem prizes.

4.Timing: The Contest begins on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 9 a.m. PST and ends on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at 5 p.m. PST

5.How to Enter: You must have an Instagram account to participate in the contest. To enter the Contest, a participant must:

• a.Follow Sponsor’s Instagram account @cbflowerscrafts and their contest partner @lafashiondistrict
• b.Submit a post of a photo of your favorite party crafts project
• c.Tag us on Instagram using @lafashiondistrict @cbflowerscrafts and #cbflowerscontest

The submission must be posted during the contest period. By using the hashtag in connection with your Instagram post, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor has the right to repost your photo and use it for promotional purposes related to the contest.

Content Restrictions:

oThe submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.

oThe submission must not disparage Sponsor or any other person or party affiliated with the Contest.

oThe submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, slanderous, or libelous.

oThe submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

oThe submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where the submission is created.

o The submission must be an original photo posted to Instagram during the contest period

6.Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in this contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.

7.Winner Determination: After the conclusion of the Contest Period the Sponsor will select the best “party crafts project” entry. The contest winner will be selected based on merit and creativity. The contest winner will be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

8.Winner Requirements: Potential winners will be notified by Instagram message. If potential winner does not reply within 7 days of being notified, does not comply with Official Rules, or is unable to claim prize or travel to 935 Maple Avenue in Los Angeles, potential winner forfeits the prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, another submission will be selected. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify each winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photo, Submission and/or prize information in connection with Contest for promotional purposes.

9.Release: Sponsor, Instagram and all of their employees (collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information provided by a participant; human error; alteration of entries; entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost. Illegible and incomplete entries are disqualified. All participants agree to release and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any claim or cause of action resulting from or arising out of participation in the Contest or use of any prize as a condition of entry into the Contest. False and/or deceptive entries or acts, including misrepresentation of age, shall render such entries ineligible.

10.General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity of proper functioning of the Contest as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Submission process and void all associated Submissions. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any person who attempts to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest.

11.Limitations of Liability: Releases are not responsible for any incorrect information of any kind, technical failures of any kind, or any injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused directly, or indirectly from entrant’s participation in contest.

12.Arbitration: By entreating this contest you agree to solve any all disputes solely through arbitration.

13.Winner List: The winner will be available upon request after March 12, 2017 or as soon as the winner are confirmed.
